The Indiana FAIR Plan services are available to any agent that is licensed to sell property and casualty insurance in the State of Indiana. To obtain access to Plan information, agents must first register. This may be completed by clicking on the Agent Registration tab on the side of the screen.

The Plan underwrites and issues policies from our office. We use the services of independent inspection companies to obtain interior and exterior inspections. We strive to provide timely customer service for agents, policy owners and their customers. Our in-house claims department assigns an independent claims adjuster upon notice of a claim.

The Agents section provides additional information about using our services, including our automated quote for premium program.
